Self-Care Coaching

We hear the term ‘self-care’ and how important it is over and over in our culture, but what does that actually mean, and how do we implement self-care into our daily lives?

A self-care coaching session begins with a detailed intake conversation where we discuss your current life situation, focusing on physical and emotional health, past and present self-care practices, challenges and goals. We then do a biodynamic healing session to get in touch with your guides to gather further information, support and suggestions.

We take all of this information, and I help you tailor-make some self-care practices to begin integrating into your life. This realm is psychically guided, and I also draw from a deep knowledge of many health-care modalities that I have worked with or gleaned information from over the years. I am also connected with a vast network of amazing holistic health-care practitioners, and am more than happy to consult and research on my client’s behalf.

Once a client, we can check-in for shorter sessions, track progress, and adjust or add-on to your self-care practice. I find that once my clients start feeling the benefits of the self-care work, they often find inspiration to keep improving and expanding on their own self-LOVE! Want to be living your BEST life?
